Content & Advertising Rules

Clear standards for what may appear on the Millionpixel canvas, how we review content, and what happens when these rules are broken.

Pre-launch policy draftThese standards are written for operational use but remain subject to final legal review before launch. Enforcement will consider context, severity, intent, harm, and applicable law.

Ownership, brands, and other people’s rights

Rule	Examples	Possible consequences
Use only content you have the right to publish	Artwork, photographs, characters, music-related artwork, slogans, or other material copied without permission.	Publication may be refused or removed. Repeated or deliberate infringement may result in account suspension or termination.
Do not misuse names, logos, or trademarks	A Nike, Apple, Coca-Cola, sports-club, or other brand logo used without authorization.	The design may be hidden while rights are checked, removed after a valid complaint, and evidence of permission may be required before reinstatement.
Do not imply endorsement or affiliation	A design suggesting that a company, celebrity, charity, or public body sponsors or approves the advertiser.	Immediate removal or correction may be required. Deceptive impersonation may lead to account restrictions or termination.
Respect privacy and publicity rights	A person’s face, name, personal details, or likeness used without a lawful basis or required permission.	The content may be restricted or removed and the account may be suspended in serious or repeated cases.

Sexual, exploitative, and dangerous content

Rule	Examples	Possible consequences
No child sexual abuse or exploitation	Any sexualized depiction of a minor, grooming, or links to exploitative material.	Immediate removal, account termination, preservation of relevant evidence, and reporting to competent authorities where required.
No pornography or explicit sexual content	Explicit nudity, sexual acts, sexual solicitation, or links to adult services.	The design will be rejected or removed. Repeated violations may result in suspension or termination.
No non-consensual intimate content	Intimate imagery shared without consent, sexual deepfakes, or threats to publish such material.	Immediate restriction or removal and likely account termination; authorities may be contacted where required.
No encouragement of violence or self-harm	Credible threats, instructions encouraging suicide, terrorist propaganda, or praise of violent attacks.	Immediate removal, account restriction or termination, and possible escalation to emergency services or authorities.

Hate, harassment, and personal information

Rule	Examples	Possible consequences
No hateful or dehumanizing content	Attacks or calls for exclusion based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation, or gender identity.	Removal and a warning, suspension, or termination depending on severity and history.
No harassment or targeted abuse	Threatening, humiliating, or repeatedly targeting an identifiable person.	Removal and possible account restrictions; credible threats may be escalated to authorities.
No doxxing	Publishing a home address, private phone number, financial information, credentials, or other sensitive personal data.	Immediate removal and likely suspension or termination. Access may be preserved for investigation.

Fraud, deception, and technical abuse

Rule	Examples	Possible consequences
No scams or deceptive claims	Fake giveaways, guaranteed earnings, false health claims, counterfeit offers, or misleading price claims.	Rejection or removal, purchase and payout restrictions, and possible account suspension or termination.
No impersonation	Pretending to be Millionpixel, another user, a business, government agency, or support representative.	Immediate removal and possible termination, especially where fraud or credential theft is involved.
No malicious links or code	Phishing destinations, malware, credential collection, disguised links, or harmful QR codes.	Immediate removal, account termination, and possible reporting to service providers or authorities.
Do not interfere with the service	Automation used to manipulate purchases, evade limits, probe security, or overload the platform.	Access may be blocked, transactions may be reviewed, and the account may be suspended or terminated.

Restricted advertising

Rule	Examples	Possible consequences
No unapproved regulated-product advertising	Illegal drugs, weapons, tobacco, unlicensed medicines, gambling, financial products, or adult services.	The design will be rejected or removed. Serious or deliberate violations may result in termination.
No political advertising at launch	Paid promotion for candidates, parties, referendums, political causes, or election influence.	The design will be rejected or removed until the platform introduces a compliant political-advertising process.
Advertising must be truthful and supportable	Claims about health, income, performance, environmental impact, discounts, or official approval without evidence.	Evidence or correction may be requested; otherwise the content may be rejected or removed.
Take special care with content visible to children	Directly urging children to buy, using fear or social pressure, or promoting age-restricted products.	Rejection or removal and possible advertiser restrictions for repeated violations.

Review and enforcement

Rule	Examples	Possible consequences
Designs may be reviewed before or after publication	Manual review, automated signals, user reports, rights-holder notices, or legal requests.	Publication may be delayed and content may be temporarily hidden while a review is completed.
We reserve reasonable discretion over displayed content	Millionpixel may reject, restrict, hide, or remove a design when reasonably considered necessary to operate or protect the service, its users, third parties, or the public, including circumstances not expressly listed in these rules.	A design may be restricted or removed, with or without advance notice where immediate action is reasonably necessary. This discretion does not limit rights users have under mandatory law.
Cooperate with reasonable investigations	Failing to provide proof of a trademark licence, advertiser identity, or supporting evidence for a claim.	The content may remain unavailable and purchasing or payout features may be restricted.
Do not evade enforcement	Re-uploading removed content, using another account, or making minor changes to bypass a decision.	Related content and accounts may be removed or terminated without another warning.
Consequences are proportionate	Considering severity, intent, harm, legal obligations, prior violations, and cooperation.	Actions may range from a correction request or warning to removal, suspension, payout holds, or permanent termination.

Reports, decisions, and appeals

Rule	Examples	Possible consequences
Reports must be specific and made in good faith	Identify the design, location, affected right or rule, contact details, and supporting information.	Incomplete reports may require more information. Knowingly abusive reports may lead to reporting restrictions.
Affected users will normally receive reasons	The relevant rule or legal basis, the action taken, and whether a report or platform review triggered it.	The design remains restricted as stated in the decision unless it is changed on appeal.
Users may appeal moderation decisions	Providing a licence, proof of consent, corrected context, or evidence that the decision was mistaken.	The decision may be upheld, changed, or reversed. Reinstatement is not guaranteed while illegality remains uncertain.
Urgent safety action may happen first	Child exploitation, credible threats, doxxing, malware, or other apparently serious illegal content.	Content may be removed immediately before notice or appeal is completed, with follow-up provided when legally and safely possible.
